Over the weekend the Rollins College men’s soccer team – ranked No. 5 in Division II – advanced to the Elite Eight for the first time in program history with wins against West Florida (1-0) and No. 20 Barry (3-1).

Mayor’s Cup Trophy swept by Rollins College Tars

Rollins College swept the top Sunshine State Conference honors for the third time in school history when they were awarded the Mayor’s Cup Trophy for both men’s and women’s sports. The award recognizes the top programs among the conference’s nine schools.



Rollins College women’s golf are runners-up in D-II

The women’s golf team at Rollins College took runner-up at the NCAA Division II National Championships last week at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz. It’s the eighth-straight season the Tars have placed at the event. They won Division II titles from 2003-06 and in 2008.

Following a 66-59 win over Barry in the Sunshine State Conference title game, the No. 17 Rollins men’s basketball team makes its ninth trip to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Myk Brown earned SSC Tournament Most Outstanding Player.

Win over #14 Tampa propels Rollins women hoops

A week ago the women’s basketball team at Rollins College upended No. 14 Tampa after three previous attempts to notch a win against a Division II Top-25 team. The Lady Tars currently sit at No. 2 in the Sunshine State Conference.
