There is no shortage of UCF alumni heading off to NFL camps this week. Last fall the Knights had 15 alumni on active NFL rosters, two of which played in the Pro Bowl. This season there are 17 former Knights entering camp to help get things underway.
There’s a weightlifting club dynasty being built on the east side of town. In just its third year of existence Team Florida Orlando placed second in the 16-17 age division and third overall June 27-29 at the USA Weightlifting School Age National Championships in California.
