From UCF Athletics…

UCF women’s golf was named GolfWeek’s Women’s Team of the Week following their tournament victory at the Hurricane Invitational last Tuesday. The Knights finished one shot over Georgia State to win their first tournament since 2002 in the event held at Don Shula’s Golf Resort in Miami Lakes. “I’m very excited for the team,” said head coach Courtney Trimble. “They’ve worked hard for this and to be recognized is very nice and a big reward for them.”
